The World's 10 Most Beautiful Women
MICHELLE PFEIFFER
Her two Oscar nominations (in 1988 for Dangerous Liaisons and this year for The Fabulous Baker Boys) are proof enough that Michelle Pfeffer, 32, isn't simply an object of beauty. Still, her stunning look are hard to ignore. People are still talking about the scene in Baker Boys in which she slithered across the top of a piano and sang. The only one who doesn't seem to understand all the fuss is Pfeiffer, who once said: "I don't know that I have ever felt that I was extraordinarily good-looking. In fact. I know I'm not. If anything, I've felt that I was conventionally pretty."
What she would change about herself: "My hair. I win the award for the worst in Hollywood. It's baby fine, and it's impossible to do anything with it. I usually end up committing bathroom butchery on it."
Beauty tip: Don't obsess about your flaws: "I find the less you focus on such things, the better off you are." she has said. "Be yourself and be glad of who you are."
'She is a smashing actress,
a knockdown beauty and a great kid. I enjoyed
every kissing scene we ever had'
— Dean Stockwell, Married to the Mob costar
