If ‘Personal Effects’ had been released on cinemas… had it been a success? (+ bonus: unauthorized trailer)
You know Personal Effects was released on Lifetime the last weekend, and it seems that it has worked well… what had happened if the movie had been release on cinemas?

Well, according E! Online, if TV watchers were moviegoers, Ashton Kutcher and Michelle Pfeiffer’s Personal Effects would have made a respectable $13 million, à la My Sister’s Keeper, assuming the 1.8 million who caught the straight-to-DVD flick in its Lifetime debut each bought a ticket at the average price of $7.18.
I think the movie would have been able to get a nice BoxOffice… sadly we all already know the story.
How some “real horrible” movies can be launched on cinemas, but one like Personal Effects can’t? I can’t believe it!
Well, take a look at this beautiful “unauthorized trailer” of the movie… perhaps the trailer which should have been…

Really rubbish it wasnt released in Cinemas.
Michelle hasnt had much luck lately!!
Wonderful trailer. So much better than the film itself. But it should have been released in cinemas anyway.
