A Month to Know the First Nominations Announcements for the Movie Awards 2009

This year Michelle Pfeiffer could get some nominations on this year awards for her performance as Lea de Lonval in Cheri (2009). Awards ceremonies such as the Golden Globes, the SAGs and the Oscars, and also the ones given by Critics in several cities, are upcoming.
Although the Michelle’s performance was in every board to get a nomination when the movie was launched, it seems that currenlty that chance is being out of breath… Michelle’s name is not sounding as much as it did. Anyway I think we shouldn’t lose the hopes yet.
For impatients pfans (me included), I’ve created three Events on PfeifferTheFace’s Facebook to get an open eye on the upcoming announcement nominations of the main awards. They are simply alerts to remind us -day and tine- of the event. If you want it reminds you, just mark “I will attend” on Attendance, and you will be alerted (of course it doesn’t mean that you’re gonna attend the event in Los Angeles, CA). So you will be able to check if our Michelle has got the nomination in real time, on your TV or internet…

Fingers crossed. I did my job and write to Miramax to do marketing and for your consideration’s for the film and Michelle.
I recomend to all od you, pfans, write to Miramax and do the same.
Michelle deserves the Oscar for this glorious role and gloriosu performance. It is one of the roles for which she will be best remenbered¡
i write to Miramax and i hope all the fans do the Same.Michelle is the Best and she deserves the Oscar.
Yeah, finger crossed! It will be so great to see Michelle nominated again, she really deserve it. Her performance as Lea is one of her best and every time i see the latest scenes of the film i consider she must win some of this year awards.
It’s true that since the film was launched her options to get some nominations are not sounding as much as there were before, but is normal, when the film was released some months ago, and the film has not been as successful as espected. But wouldn’t some of those nominations been a new opportunity for the film? Let’s remember that Michelle get her third Oscar nomination for her role in “Love Field” that was also a little movie.
And Michelle got 6 successive nominations for the Golden Globes from ‘89 to ‘94, so it will be a great to see her again in the red carpets.
Here is a nice mention for Michelle,

THIS WOULD BE GREAT FOR PFEIFFER, ALTHOUGH I WOULD LIKE PFEIFFER TO DO MORE BIG BUDGET ACTION AND DRAMAS INSTEAD OF VERY LOW BUDGET FILMS THAT GO NO WHERE AND IF SHE DOES, SHE SHOULD MAKE MORE OF THEM, NOT JUST 1 MOVIE EVERY 2 YEARS. PFEIFFER SHOULD BE MORE SMART ABOUT HER CHOICES…SHE NEEDS THE OSCAR ALREADY….CHOOSE WISELY.
PFEIFFER ALSO HASNT MADE A NEW MOVIE, SHE LAGS TOO MUCH WHILE OTHERS OLDER THAN HER LIKE STREEP AND BATES KEEPS COMING OUT WITH MOVIES. SHE NEEDS TO DO MORE AND SHE DOESNT. ROBERTS, MIRREN, JOLIE, AND OTHERS THAT LACK PFEIFFERS TALENT AND BEAUTY SEEM TO RISE WHILE PFEIFFER(MAKING 1 MOVIE EVERY 2 YEARS) IS NOT GOING TO CUT IT. AND SHE SEEMS FINE WITH IT. LOCKLEAR AND STONE HAVE RISEN IN POPULARITY AGAIN AND PFEIFFER JUST LETS HER PFANS DOWN AND HER LOOKS AND TALENT ARE BEING WASTED.
