Fran, Dennis, I think that it is only a part of the makink of, isn’t it? Because it ends abruptely, I think

I don’t think that amazon put the entire making of.

and heres a good review on cheri, where the critic says amongst other things: “…Apart from the visual aspect that is decisive to this film, it is appropriate to say that Frear’s film belongs entirely to Pfeiffer.”

Tachu¡¡ Where are you going to buy the dvd? In amazon.co.uk? This dvd it is for region two (for to see the film with the spanish dvd players) or you have a dvd who can real all regions? It has subtitles in spanish? Thank you¡

  • Dennis said:

@ alex: yeah, I think it’s just a small part. At least I hope so. I want to see some costume drawings, etc.

  • tachu said:

I suppose I’ll buy it in play.com, because I’ve recived some articles from them before, and everything was OK and quickly delivered. They also have the price in Euro, not Pounds.
And I think my bulky spanish DVD player can read it. If not, I can always see it in my PC. And english subtitles are enough for me,thank you very much. They help me to improve my bad english, if such thing is possible…

  • roald77 said:

@tachu, exactly. and getting an oscar nod might land her more exiting roles.

not that it matters to me wether she gets a nod or not, though its long overdue if you think about her performance in movies like White Oleander.

anyways, heres an article about a critic at Time Magazine who mixes Michelle with actress Diane Lane:

Fran it would be intresting to find the email of miramax films (disney) to send messages to remind Miramax to promote or push Michelle at awards season¡¡

I have seen the movie (thanks to an italian friend who send me a copy from the cinema) but I swear that I go to the cinema when the movie arrive to Barcelona and I will buy the dvd, because…

I loved this movie¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡ Michelle was absolutely radiant and she offered one of the best performances that I have seen in my life¡¡¡ She was terrific¡¡¡

When the movie arrive to Spain I will do a more extensive review, but I think that the film was very, very good¡¡ This film hasn’t deceived my high expectations¡¡¡¡ I give the film 8.75 betwwen 0 and 10.

Michelle deserves Oscar for this and the film was gorgeous, smart, cruel and sad and it wasn’t short for me, it was near complete

    Alex¡
